As talent acquisition professionals, we conduct a comprehensive, confidential search for outstanding candidates on a global basis and in a systematic, orderly manner. We make every effort to satisfy your requirements, thoroughly and expeditiously, with outstanding candidates who are qualified according to your specifications.

Deliverables:

A Preliminary Research and Consultation
We begin by sharpening our knowledge through research and initial consultation focused on understanding your business, overall goals, management style, current business challenges and the organizational culture. Burgess Executive Search will be available to meet personally with any representatives and attend any formal or informal meetings.

B Job Definition
We will work with you to define the position and relationship to your management structure. Burgess Executive Search will act as a facilitator and resource to help you state the requirements of the job and the qualifications of the ideal candidate, relating to the expectations of the successful candidate.

C Strategic Process Review
We will collaborate with your executive and talent management team to review and establish the optimum process for sourcing, assessing and delivering talent utilizing your back office recruitment tools and/or ours. We are highly skilled and experienced with a number of recruitment technology tools and want to optimize the highest value for your investment.

D Identification and Introduction of Executive Candidates
Through extensive research and our focused executive search methodologies we contact industry sources globally to develop potential prospects. We target key executive leaders from top organizations to produce qualified candidates. Those candidates are evaluated to determine the most suitable and qualified candidates are presented for consideration and interview.

E Interviews

From several candidates presented, the company will conduct one or more interviews. We will provide assistance in scheduling and structuring these interviews for maximum benefit. All arrangements necessary to facilitate this interview will be coordinated through the offices of Burgess Executive Search in cooperation with the appropriate company staff. A thorough debriefing of candidates after the interviews with a report on interest and willingness to accept employment will be relayed promptly.

F Reference Checks

You determine the preferred candidates. We complete reference checks with those qualified to comment on the leadership, accomplishments and personal characteristics.

G Negotiation

Once mutual interest is established, assistance will be provided in negotiating the compensation package and employment arrangements.

H Follow-Up

We will periodically communicate with you and the hired executive to assure that the expectations of both parties are being met.
